Abstract:
Cílem této práce je seznámení s problematikou kupních smluv. Zabývá se jejich právními prameny a postavením v základních obchodních vztazích tak, aby případnému čtenáři bylo jasné, které části musí kupní smlouva obsahovat pro její plnohodnotné použití v podnikatelské praxi.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to introduce the issue of contracts of sale. It deals with their legal sources and position in basic business relationships and it will make a reader aware of the crucial parts of sales contracts in business use.
