Ethics in banking

Abstract:

Banky vedle závazných právních norem a pokynů regulátora přijímají další pravidla ve formě určitých standardů a kodexů, které zajišťují větší přehlednost a transparentnost služeb poskytovaných bankovním sektorem. Součástí této diplomové práce je provést analýzu stavu českého bankovnictví z hlediska etických vztahů a zjistit, zda se vybrané bankovní a nebankovní subjekty dobrovolně přihlásily k těmto pravidlům chování a zda vyhlašují i nějaké vlastní standardy. Cílem této práce je provést a následně analyzovat průzkum spokojenosti klientů bankovních a nebankovních subjektů s dodržováním etiky v bankovnictví.

Abstract:

The banks in addition to binding legal norms and guidelines of the regulator taking additional rules in the form of certain standards and codes that provide bigger clarity and transparency of the services provided by the banking sector. One of the goals of this thesis is to analyze the state of the Czech banking sector in terms of ethical relationships and determine whether the selected bank and nonbank entities volunteered to these rules of behavior and declare that they have also announced their own standards. The main goal of this thesis is to realize and analyze the satisfaction of bank and non-bank clients with ethics in banking.
