Electronic trading and processing of accounting transactions, legal and organizational consequences for the entity
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá moderními elektronickými systémy, které pomáhají řídit společnost v době 21. století. Na konkrétním příkladu společnosti jsou popsány nedostatky v těchto systémech, je navrženo schéma vylepšeného elektronického obchodního systému a jeho vzájemného propojení s ekonomickým systémem. Porovnává dopady stávajícího a navrhovaného modelu na řízení zkoumané společnosti.
Abstract:
This work deals with modern electronic systems to help manage the company during the 21st century. On the example of the described shortcomings in the systems proposed scheme is improved electronic trading system and its interconnection with the economic system. Compares the impacts of current and proposed management model investigated company.
