Abstract:

Fenomén sebeodhalení psychoterapeuta je poněkud kontroverzním a pohybuje se na hranici mezi osobním a profesionálním. Skrývá však velký potenciál, pokud jde o účinek na klienta – terapeut se sebeodhalením nějaké osobní informace může pro klienta stát lidštějším a sebeodhalení se tak může stát intervencí, která pomáhá budovat kvalitní terapeutický vztah. V individuální terapii již tento fenomén zkoumán je. Dosud jsem však nenalezla studii, která by dávala vodítka, jak se sebeodhalením zacházet v rámci skupinové terapie a komplexně odpovídala na otázku Kdy a jak může sebeodhalení terapeuta ve skupině pomoci?

Abstract:

The phenomenon of the self-disclosure of a psychotherapist is somewhat controversial and moves on the line between personal and professional. Hiding, however, great potential in regards to the effect on client - therapist may become more humane by disclosing some personal information , and the self-disclosure can become intervention, which helps build quality therapeutic relationship. In individual therapy, this phe-nomenon has been studied. So far, however, I was unable to find a study that would give us clues on how to use self-disclosure in the framework of group therapy and comprehensively answer the question of when and how can the self-disclosure of the therapist in the group help?
