Novelizace zákoníku práce je alfou a omegou pro tuto diplomovou práci. V roce 2021 byla totiž změněna celá koncepce právní úpravy a cílem této práce je přiblížit a detailněji rozpracovat právě tuto novelizovanou úpravu. The amendment of the Labour Code is the alpha and omega for this thesis. In 2020, the whole concept of the legislation was changed and the aim of this thesis is to present and elaborate on this amended legislation in more detail.
