Abstract:

STERLIAGOVA, Sofia. Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s diagnózou plicní embolie. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Karolina Moravcová, PhD. Praha 2021. 51 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je komplexní ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s diagnózou plicní embolie. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pacienta s diagnózou plicní embolie a její definici, příčiny, symptomy onemocnění, diagnostiku, léčbu, rizikové faktory a prevenci. Zahrnuje popis ošetřovatelské péče, kterou poskytuje pacientovi z plicní embolie všeobecná sestra a specifiku péči vzhledem k danému onemocnění. Praktická část podrobně popisuje kazuistiku pacienta hospitalizovaného na standardním interním lůžkovém oddělení s diagnózou plicní embolie. Podle stanovených ošetřovatelských diagnóz pomocí ošetřovatelské dokumentace a komunikaci s pacientem, popisuje ošetřovatelský proces a realizaci ošetřovatelské péče. Celý ošetřovatelský proces je zakončen jeho vyhodnocením. Cílem bakalářské práce je popis, utřídění informací a rozebrání případu konkrétního pacienta s diagnózou plicní embolie na standardním interním oddělení. V závěru práce je hodnocení výsledku prodělané a následné doporučení.

STERLIAGOVA, Sofia. Complex nursing care for a patient diagnosed with pulmonary embolism Medical College. Degree: Bachelor (Bc.) Supervisor: PhDr. Karolina Moravcová, PhD. Prague 2021. 51 p. The theme of bachelor thesis is a complex nursing care for a patient with pulmonary embolism diagnosis. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism and its definition, causes and symptoms of the disease, treatment, risk factors and prevention. Thesis includes description of the nursing work which is provided for the patient by a nurse and specific care related to the pulmonary disease. Practical part of the thesis describes in depth the case report of a patient hospitalized in a standard inpatient department with pulmonary embolism diagnosis. Description of the caring process and the implementation of the caring service is determined by the given diagnosis from nursing documentation and the communication with the patient. The entire caring process is finished by an evaluation. The aim of the bachelor thesis is description, collecting medical data and an assessment of a specific patient with pulmonary embolism diagnosis. At the end of the thesis there is a result evaluation and a subsequent recommendation.
