Abstract:

BROŽOVÁ, Petra. Ošetřovatelská péče o pacientky s poruchami přizpůsobení, Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Eva Marková, Ph.D. Praha. 2023, 59 s. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacientky s poruchami přizpůsobení. Koncipována je jako teoreticko-praktická. Cílem je detailní popis a analýza komplexní ošetřovatelské péče poskytované formou ošetřovatelského procesu u 18leté pacientky s poruchami přizpůsobení v akutní fázi onemocnění, která byla poskytnuta v souladu se standardy pracoviště, kde byla tato péče realizována. Objektivní informace byly čerpány, a to s ústním souhlasem pacientky, ze zdravotnické dokumentace, doplněny rozhovory a pozorováním pacientky. Na základě posouzení stavu pacientky podle modelu Marjory Gordon byla vypracována situační analýza a následně stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy podle TAXONOMIE II NANDA I (HERDMAN a KAMITSURU, 2020), a dále rozpracováno 5 ošetřovatelských diagnóz s prioritou vysokou a střední. Během hospitalizace došlo u pacientky k poměrně uspokojivým výsledkům ošetřovatelské péče. Důraz byl kladen na včasnou identifikaci rizik a stanovení realistických cílů ošetřovatelské péče. Jakožto výstup bakalářské práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro pacientky, rodinu, blízké osoby a všeobecné/primární sestry.

This bachelor thesis deals with nursing care for female patients with adjustment disorder. It was conceived as theoretical-practical. The goal is a detailed description and analysis of complex nursing care provided through the nursing process for an 18 year old female patient with adjustment disorder in the acute phase of the disease in accordance with the standards of the workplace where this care was provided. Objective information was obtained with the patient's verbal consent from medical records, supplemented by interviews and patient observation. Based on the assessment of the patient's condition according to the Marjory Gordon model, a situational analysis was developed, then nursing diagnoses according to the NANDA-I Taxonomy II (HERDMAN a KAMITSURU, 2020) were determined, and 5 nursing diagnoses with high and medium priority were further elaborated. During hospitalization, there were quite satisfactory results of the nursing care performer on the patient. Emphasis was placed on early identification of risks and determination of realistic nursing care goals. The output of the bachelor thesis was recommendations for patients, families, close persons and also general/primary nurses.
