Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou bytových družstev podle zákona o obchodních korporacích. Nejprve jsou objasněny základní pojmy a další část práce přináší krátký exkurz do historie bytového družstevnictví v našich zemích, kdy klíčovým je popis právní úpravy za účinnosti obchodního zákoníku. This diploma thesis deals with legal regulation of housing co-operatives in accordance with the Business Corporations Act. First, basic terms are explained and the following part of the thesis presents a short excursion into history of housing co-operatives; description of the legal regulation during the period of legal effectivity of the Commercial Code is the key.
