Abstract:
Diplomová práce pohlíží na trestný čin znásilnění z pohledu právního a kriminologického. Je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První se věnuje trestným činům proti důstojnosti člověka v sexuální oblasti všeobecně. Druhá kapitola se zabývá právní úpravou znásilnění v České republice a rozebírá základní i kvalifikované podstaty tohoto trestného činu i jejich vztah k jiným ustanovením trestního zákoníku. Abstract:
This thesis looks at the crime of rape from the legal and criminological perspective. The work is divided into four chapters. Crimes against the dignity of the sexual sphere are topic of the first chapter. The second part of my thesis is focused on Czech legislation of rape in the Criminal Code.
