Modification of cellulose for medical purposes
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací koloidního stříbra na plazmatem aktivovanou bělenou celulózu. V teoretické části je zahrnuta rešerše o struktuře a vlastnostech celulózy a o jejím využití ve zdravotnictví, dále jsou zde uvedeny informace o plazmatu a stříbru. V experimentální části je popsána použitá aparatura a způsob vyhodnocení vzorků.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with application of colloidal silver on plasma activated bleached cellulose. The theoretical part includes search about the structure and properties of cellulose and its using in medicine, as well as find information about plasma and silver. The experimental section describes apparatus and method of evaluation samples.
