Anarcho-capitalist Critique of the Social Contract Theory of the State
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá anarchokapitalistickou kritikou smluvní teorie státu, konkrétněji kritickým pohledem přirozeněprávního anarchokapitalismu M. Rothbarda na ospravedlnění minimálního státu v díle J. Locka, R. Nozicka, A. Randové a P. Beairda. Záměrem textu je prověřit otázku, zda je možné na základě dobrovolně uzavřené společenské smlouvy ospravedlnit vznik a existenci minimálního státu.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with anarcho-capitalist critique of the social contract theory of the state, and in particular with M. Rothbard's natural law anarchocapitalism and its critique of justification of the minimal state in works of J. Locke, R. Nozick, A. Rand and P. Beaird. Main goal of the text is to analyze whether the minimal state can be justified by voluntary social contract.
