Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnuji otázce závislé práce ve veřejném sektoru. Nejdříve musíme uvést definice základních pojmů. Pak se můžeme začít věnovat hlavní části práce, kterou je služební poměr. Důležitým právním předpisem je pro nás předpis č. 234/2014 Sb. Zákon o státní službě. Zmíněny budou i jiné právní předpisy. In this thesis, I deal with issue of dependent work in civil sector. Firstly, we must define basic concepts. Then we can start dealing with the main goal of this thesis, which is service relationship. Important legal act for us is Act number 234/2014 Collection on civil service.
