Anti-communist resistance and communist persecution on the example of Jan Buchal's case
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje osudu Jana Buchala, který byl jakožto velitel protistátní skupiny na Ostravsku odsouzen k trestu smrti v největším politickém procesu v Československu s Miladou Horákovou a spol. Na tomto konkrétním případu je popsán postup bezpečnostních složek proti ilegálním skupinám, jakožto celý mechanismus výroby politických procesů v Československu v 50. letech.
Abstract:
The presented thesis is dedicated to the fate of Jan Buchal, who as a leader of an anti-state group in Ostrava was sentenced to death in the largest political trial in Czechoslovakia with Milada Horáková et al. In this case, the persecution of the security forces against illegal groups is described, as the entire development of the production of political trials in Czechoslovakia in the 1950s.
