Vypracovaná bakalárska práca je obsahovo zameraná hlavne na techniky vyjednávania v banke a nebankovej spoločnosti. Sú v nej taktiež prezentované štýly vyjednávania, ale aj potrebná príprava na rokovanie a samotný priebeh rokovania. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch kapitol.
