Development and Effective Education of Employees in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je, na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky rozvoje a efektivního vzdělávání zaměstnanců v MSP, analyzovat současný stav systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybraném středním podniku, a navrhnout opatření pro zavedení efektivnějšího systému.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current state of education and development of staff in a selected medium-sized business company with using theoretical solutions of development issues and effective education of employees in SME, and to propose measures to introduce a more efficient system.
