Abstract:
Bakalářské práce přibližuje frekventované gastronomické pojmy z oblasti nápojové kultury. Pojmy jsou popsány z hlediska historie, členění, legislativy a technologického postupu výroby nápojů. Produktem je Vícejazyčný slovník nápojů.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis describe frequently used gastronomy terms derived from the drinking culture. The concepts are described in terms of history, classification, legislation and technological process of beverage production. The final product is a Beverage multi-dictionary.
