Pension system reform after the 2020 pandemic crisis
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá důchodovým systémem České republiky. Cílem práce je navrhnout reformu českého důchodového systému s ohledem na pandemickou situaci roku 2020, která odkryla dlouhodobé nedostatky českého penzijního systému. V případě úspěšné obhajoby může být práce využita ministerstvem práce a sociálních věcí České republiky jako podklad pro budoucí důchodovou reformu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the pension system of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to propose a reform of the Czech pension system with regard to the pandemic situation in 2020, which revealed long-term problems of the Czech pension system.
