Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje studiu procesů, které jsou u embryonálních kmenových buněk zodpovědné za pluripotenci. Mezi tyto faktory patří především transkripční faktory a epigenetické procesy, které se podílejí na regulaci uspořádání chromatinu. Abstract:
Goal of this thesis is to study processes in embryonic stem cells responsible for pluripotency. These factors include transcription factors and epigenetic processes which regulate chromatin structure. These mechanisms are discussed in connection with pluripotency maintaining and self-renewal.
