Bakalárska práca prezentuje zánik a zrušenie bezpodielového spoluvlastníctva manželov vo všeobecnosti. V prvej časti práce sa venujem detailnejšiemu rozboru a výkladu vzniku, predmetu a obsahu bezpodielového spoluvlastníctva manželov.
