Responsibility for offenses
Abstract:
This bachelor`s thesis deals with liability for, and most important group of administrative offenses, as well as general liability and accountability in public administration. Infringements are a wide range of illegal activities in public administration, the activity is legal recourse for violations.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je venovaná zodpovednosti za priestupky, ako najvýznamnejšej skupine správnych deliktov, ako aj zodpovednosti všeobecne a zodpovednosti vo verejnej správe. Priestupky tvoria širokú škálu protiprávnych konaní vo verejnej správe, ktorej činnosťou je aj právny postih za priestupky.
