Causes of delinquency of children and youth
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá příčinami delikvence u dětí a mládeže. Teoretická část uvádí do problematiky kriminality mládeže. Práce popisuje právní kontrolu kriminality mládeže podle platné právní úpravy. Uvádí biologické a sychologické příčiny delikvence. Dále se práce zabývá sociokulturními příčinami. Praktickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum příčin delikvence formou dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis discusses on the causes of delinquency among children andjuveniles.The theoretical part introduces the issue of youth crime. The thesis describes legal and preventive control of the criminality of young people according to applicable laws.It is described biological and psychological causes of delinquency.
