Práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci materiálových toků v balícím centru společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Cílem práce je navýšení přebalovací kapacity v tomto centru bez nutnosti rozšíření stávajících ploch. This thesis focuses on the optimization of the material flow in the packaging center ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The aim of the thesis is to increase the repacking capacity in this center without any expansion of the existing areas.
