Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem organizační kultury, tématem, které si zaslouží větší pozornost v sociologii. Je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu prováděném v průmyslovém podniku, jenž opracuje vrtulníky. Hlavní výzkumnou metodou byla polostrukturovaná hloubková interview se zaměstnanci. První část se zaobírá definováním ústředního pojmu, druhá část je věnována analýze nasbíraných dat. Zde byly použity tři analytické perspektivy: integrační, diferenciační a fragmentační.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of organizational culture, a topic that deserves a greater attention in sociology. It is based on a qualitative research conducted in an industrial company that repairs helicopters. As a main research method had been used semi-structured interviewing with the employees. The first part is preoccupied with defining of the central concept, second part is devoted to the analysis of gathered data. There, three analytical perspectives had been used: integrational, differentiational, and fragmentational.
