Tématem bakalářské práce je preventivní screening kyčlí u novorozenců, problematika konzervativní léčby dysplazie kyčlí, metody a účinnost léčby. Jsou zmiňovány nejčastější příčiny dysplazie, postupy při užívání abdukčního balení, Pavlíkových třmenů a Frejkovy peřinky. Topic of bachelor’s thesis is neonatal preventive screening of the hip, conservative treatment of developmental dysplasia of the hip joint, treatment methods and results the treatment brings. The most common dysplasia reasons, therapy goals and procedures are appointed in this thesis, mentioned terapies are spreading legs wide with the help of diapers, Pavlik’s stirrups and Frejka’s panties.
