Optical properties of dielectric thin films
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na optické vlastnosti dielektrických tenkých vrstev. Konkrétně se jedná o vrstvu oxidu titaničitého, která je nadeponovaná na křemíkový substrát. Materiál je díky svým vlastnostem a díky dostupnosti jedním z perspektivních materiálů použitelných například jako antireflexní vrstvy.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on the optical properties of dielectric thin films. Specifically, the layer of titanium dioxide, which is deposited on the silicon substrate. The material is due to its characteristics and due to the availability one of perspective materials used for example as an anti-reflection layer.
