Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje přípravu N-[4-(3-oxomorfolin-4-yl)fenyl]-N-(ethoxykarbonyl)aminoethanalu jakožto prekurzoru humánního léčiva - antikoagulancia Rivaroxaban. Z tohoto prekurzoru lze Rivaroxaban syntetizovat v neracemické formě s využitím asymetrické Henryho reakce. Příprava prekurzoru byla provedena sedmi-krokovou syntézou vycházející z levného, komerčně dostupného N-fenylaminoethanolu. Reakční …more
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis describes the preparation of N-[4-(3-oxomorpholine-4-yl)phenyl]-N-(ethoxycarbonyl)aminoethanal as the precursor of human drug - the anticoagulant Rivaroxaban. This precursor can be utilized for preparation of Rivaroxaban in non-racemic form via asymmetric Henry reaction.
