Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit loajalitu návštěvníka k destinacím – Moravskoslezský a Jihomoravský kraj a následně formulovat doporučení pro destinační management a poskytovatele služeb cestovního ruchu. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the loyalty of the visitor to the destinations - the Moravian-Silesian and South Moravian regions and subsequently to formulate recommendations for the destination management and the providers of tourism services.
