Tato práce se zabývá optimalizací objednávek a zásob ve vybrané firmě. Úvodní část pojednává o logistice, zásobách, nákupní strategii a nákupním procesu. Na základě zjištěných informací o nákupním procesu ve vybrané firmě jsou identifikovány nedostatky stávajícího systému tvorby objednávek. This thesis is focused on the optimization of the orders and supply in the selected company. The introductory part deals with logistics, supllies, purchasing strategy and purchasing process. Based on the obtained informations about purchasing process in the selected company insufficiencies in the current order system are identified.
