Abstract:

P.edkladana bakala.ska prace se zabyva syntezou a studiem vlastnosti chalkogenidovych skel (Ge0,25Ga0,05S0,70)100.x.yBixDyy, kde x = 0.0.5 at.% a y = 0.0.5 at.%. P.ipravena chalkogenidova skla byla studovana z hlediska jejich strukturnich, termickych a spektroskopickych vlastnosti. Hlavni pozornost byla ve.novana p.edev.im fotoluminiscenc.ni emisi v blizke a st.edni infrac.ervene oblasti p.i ?É . 1.3?Ęm, ?É . 1.7?Ęm a ?É . 2.9?Ęm.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the synthesis and properties of (Ge0,25Ga0,05S0,70)100.x.yBixDyy chalcogenide glasses, where x = 0.0.5 at.% a y = 0.0.5 at.%. Synthesized glasses were studied from point of view of their structural, thermal and spectroscopic properties. The main attention was paid to photoluminescence emission in nearand mid-infrared spectral region at ?É . 1.3?Ęm, ?É . 1.7?Ęm a ?É . 2.9 ?Ęm.
