Cílem této diplomové práce bylo ověření a porovnání účinnosti předosevní přípravy (máčení a studená stratifikace) a účinnost metody IDS pro eliminaci plných mrtvých semen ze dvou oddílů smrku ztepilého a dvou oddílů borovice lesní a zda mohou jmenované metody zlepšit vitalitu osiva. Abstract:
The aim of the study was to confirm and compare the use of the method of pre-sowing treatment (soaking in water and cold stratification) and the use of the IDS method for separation of filled dead seeds from two Norway spruce and Scots pine lots.
