Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá základními odlišnostmi a rozdíly ve stravovacích zvyklostech ve Španělsku a v České republice. Cílem práce není srovnání španělské a české gastronomie, ale toho, co lidi v každé kulturní oblasti kolem jídla dělají, co říkají a jak se chovají, co si o jídle myslí, kdy k jídlu zasedají, co a jak konzumují o různých svátcích apod. This bachelor´s dissertation deals with the basic differences in eating habits in Spain and the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is not a comparison of the Spanish and Czech cuisine, but what people in each cultural area around food do, what they say and how they behave, what they think about food, when they eat and what they eat on different festivals, etc. This thesis will serve as a travel guide …more
