Cílem této práce je zjištění možností využití analytické separační techniky izotachoforézy pro analýzu komplexačních činidel. Podstatou je návrh a optimalizace metod pro stanovení jednotlivých komplexonů a aplikace těchto postupů na analýzu reálných průmyslových vzorků. The goal of this work is to investigate the opportunities of analytical separation technique called isotachophoresis used to analyse chelating agents. It includes design and optimization of methods of determination chelating agents and applying these methods to analysis of real industrial samples.
