Abstract:
Diplomová práce Květnová ústava z roku 1948 se zabývá první komunistickou ústavou. Popisuje blíže poválečnou politickou situaci v Československu a její vliv na přípravu samotné ústavy. Kromě přípravy nové ústavy, popisuje blíže i proces jejího přijetí. Hlavní část práce je ale soustředěna na rozbor Květnové ústavy, popis jejích kapitol a ustanovení jednotlivých paragrafů. The degree thesis "The May 1948 Constitution" deals with the first communist Constitution. It closely describes the post-war political situation in Czechoslovakia and the impact thereof on the preparation of the Constitution itself.
