Abstract:

Tato práce se zajímá o tématu Důvěra zaměstnanců a pracovní výkon. Cílem práce bude prozkoumat vztah mezi důvěrou managementu a výkonností podniku a potvrdit, že důvěra managementu ovlivňuje různé aspekty výkonnosti firmy. Důvěra bude měřena pomocí individuálních dotazníků, vyplněných jednotlivými respondenty průzkumu. Všechna měření důvěry jsou pak spojena se zlepšeným pracovním výkonem zaměstnanců. První část práce obsahuje literární rešerši, teoretická východiska a zhodnocení dosavadních teoretických názorů, obecně teoretická východiska zvolené problematiky. V této první části práce je popsána teorii důvěry, role důvěry na pracovišti a jak můžeme důvěru ve firmě budovat. Práce dále Apopisuje, co to je pracovní výkon, jak jej můžeme měřit, jak chování zaměstnanců ovlivňuje výkon a výsledné ukazatele výkonu zaměstnance na pracovišti. Druhou částí práce je vlastní empirický terénní výzkum a praktické měření toho, jak důvěra zaměstnanců ovlivňuje výkon firmy. Tento výzkum byl proveden ve středně velké [od 50 do 200 zaměstnanců] české ICT společnosti Mainstream technologies s.r.o.. Výzkum je založen na deskriptivním kvantitativním výzkumu, tedy výzkumu kde data jsou interpretována pomocí shromážděných číslech. Výzkum využívá metodu individuálního šetření a populace je ze 2 podnikatelských skupin – senoir management a zástupců zaměstnanců. Výzkum ukazuje, že důvěra zaměstnanců má mnoho různých aspektů a řízení těchto procesů je nejtěžší výzvou nejen pro HR oddělení, ale pro celý management. Pokud však existuje jasná důvěra zaměstnanců a je řádně řízena, může organizaci poskytnout velkou hodnotu a představovat silnou konkurenční výhodu. Trvalé monitorování a řízení důvěry zaměstnanců je pak klíčovým faktorem pro každodenní výkon na pracovišti i mimo něj a je také klíčovou výzvou pro úspěšnou budoucnost společnosti.

Abstract:

This work is about the topic Employee Trust and Workplace Performance for diploma’s thesis. The aim of the thesis will be to examine the relationship between management trust and establishment performance and confirm that management trust is influencing various aspects of firm performance. Trust will be measured using the individual survey respondent’s assessment of the contribution of their side. All trust measures are associated with improved establishment performance. The first part of the work includes literature review, theoretical background and evaluation of existing theoretical opinions, the theoretical basis of the chosen problematics. In this first part of the work it describe the theory of trust, the role of trust at the workplace and how we can built the trust in the company. The thesis describe what workplace performance is it, how we can measure it, how does employee behavior affect performance and outcome indicators of workplace performance. Second Part of the work is own empiric field research and practical measurement how employee trust involving firm performance. This research was executed in one of the Czech medium [from 50 to 200 employees] ICT company Mainstream technologies s.r.o.. This research is based on descriptive quantitative research, which means that research about data collected in numbers. The research uses individual survey method and the population is from 2 business groups – Senior management and Employee representatives. The research shows that employee trust has many different components and management of these processes is the hardest challenge not only for HR department but for the whole management. However, when there is a clear employee trust and is properly executed it could provide great value to the organization and represent a strong competitive advantage. The permanent monitoring and managing employee trust is key factor for todays and beyond workplace performance and is key challenge for a successful company future.
