Business plan for the establishment of children´s group

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení dětské skupiny. Práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. V první části je vymezené fungování dětské skupiny včetně hygienických požadavků. V následující části je teoretické zakotvení podnikatelského plánu. Jsou zde popsány požadavky na podnikatelský plán a jeho struktura. Poznatky z prvních dvou částí jsou aplikovány v části třetí, která se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro založení konkrétní dětské skupiny. Obsahuje popis podniku a nabízené služby, analýzu vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí, včetně dotazníkového šetření. Dále obsahuje také marketingový a finanční plán.

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is writing a business plan fot the establishment of children´s group. Thesis consists of three main parts. In the first part there is describe the functioning of a children´s group, including hygiene requirements. In the next part there is a theoretical ground of business plan. There are described requirements for a business plan and its structure. Knowledge from the first and second part are applied in the third part, which is engaged of writing a business plan for the establishment of specific children´s group. It contains a description of business and the offered services, analysis of external and internal environment, including questionnaire survey. It contains also a marketing and financial plan.
