Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and compare attitudes of EU and USA towards providing of humanitarian aid and to analyze monitoring systems in humanitarian crises. First part of the thesis focuses on development of humanitarian aid, its principles and it also desribes activities of lead agencies of EU and USA in this field.
