Hlavním cílem projektu bylo posouzení vlivu relativní dávkové intenzity (RDI) na dlouhodobou léčebnou odpověď pacientek s metastatickým karcinomem prsu, léčených taxány a antracyklíny v první linii. Abstract:
Primary objective of this study was to assess the consequences of reduced relative dose intensity (RDI) on long-term outcomes of MBC treated with the first-line anthracyclines/taxanes-based therapy. This study analysis was based on individual data of 934 pts treated in 3 prospective/randomised MBC trials (1996-2005). Results: RTDI had no influence on TTDP in MBC pts.
