V této bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice neinvazivní prenatální diagnostiky monogenních onemocnění. In this bachelor thesis I focus on the issue of prenatal diagnostics of monogenic disorders. It is divided in to several parts – I dedicate the first part to noninvasive prenatal diagnostics in general and especially focused on free fetal DNA and its use.
