Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním dvou základních a zároveň nejvíce používaných přístupů při oceňování nemovitostí, a to oceňování podle cenového předpisu a oceňování na tržních principech. Tyto dva přístupy jsou zde jak popsány, tak komparovány. Práce se zaměřuje na oceňování tuzemské, takže v České republice. The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of two basic and at the same time the most used approaches in real estate valuation, namely valuation according to the price regulation and valuation on market principles.
