Specifics of supply in the service in hotel Holiday Inn Bratislava

Abstract:

The Master’s Dissertation is primarily focused on offering services oriented to the corporate clients of Holiday Inn Bratislava. The Master’s Dissertation offers the application and creation of a price structure and the realization of business activities connected with the acquisition of new business opportunities. The aim of the Master’s Dissertation is to analyze the personal offer of the hotel Holiday Inn Bratislava, which focuses primarily on the corporate segment, adding alternatives to the offer of services. The partial aim of the Master’s Dissertation is to compare the success of the hotel offer oriented to the corporate segment in 2016 and 2017 using the performance parameters and the subsequent summary evaluation and distribution of individual months over the past years.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca je predovšetkým zameraná na ponuku služieb orientovanú pre korporátnu klientelu hotela Holiday Inn Bratislava. Práca ponúka návrh a tvorbu cenovej stratégie a realizáciu obchodných aktivít spojených so získavaním nových obchodných príležitostí. Cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza osobitej ponuky služieb hotela Holiday Inn Bratislava, ktorá je zameraná primárne na korporátny segment s doplnením alternatív rozšírenia ponuky služieb. Čiastkovým cieľom práce je aj porovnanie úspešnosti hotelovej ponuky orientovanej na korporátny segment v rokoch 2016 a 2017 s využitím výkonových parametrov a následné sumárne zhodnotenie a porovnanie jednotlivých mesiacov za uplynulé roky.
