Abstract:

Systemický přístup v sociální práci se seniory Bc. Jitka Vranková, DiS. Péče může probíhat na různých úrovních – od rodinné péče až po pobytové zařízení sociálních služeb. Někde mezi těmi dvěma póly je terénní pečovatelská služba, která poskytuje pomoc seniorům v jejich domácím prostředí. Proto sociální pracovníci v pečovatelské službě pracují nejen se seniory, ale také s jejich rodinami nebo jinými pečujícími osobami. V rodinném systému se jednotliví členové vzájemně ovlivňují. Systemický přístup je v tomto případě vhodný, proto jsem ho zvolila ve své práci. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci v pečovatelské službě zacházejí s projevenou svobodnou vůlí seniorů. Nejprve jsem vysvětlila základní pojmy - systemický přístup, sociální pracovník, pečovatelská služba, senioři jako cílová skupina, svobodná vůle a autonomie seniora apod. Následně jsem provedla kvalitativní rozhovory se sociálními pracovníky na dané téma. Analýza rozhovorů mi umožnila najít shodné znaky v práci sociálních pracovníků se seniory a odpovědět na základní otázku. Počet slov základního textu: 22 540

Abstract:

Systemic approach in social work with the retired Bc. Jitka Vranková, DiS. We can care about someone in various levels – from family care to residential facilities of social services. Terrain care service that helps the retired in their home environment is somewhere between these two ends. It helps the retired in their home environment. This is why social workers in the care service work not only with the retired but also with their families or with others caring persons. This is a family system where its members do influence each other. The systemic approach is convenient in this case so I choosed it in my thesis. The aim of my thesis was to find out how do the social workers in the care service deal with senior’s manifested free will. At first I explained some basic concepts - systemic approach, a social worker, a care service, the retired as the target group, free will and the authonomy of senior etc. Then I made qualitative interviews with social workers on a certain topic. I made an analysis that has allowed me to find out identical characters in work of the social workers with the retired. It also allowed me to respond the main question.
