The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to analyse the current Ecuadorian cocoa market. Ecuadorian cocoa is presently in high demand globally due to its excellent quality. - cocoa plant in its historical and botanical context - analysis of Ecuadorian cocoa market - foundation of chocolate manufactory "bean to bar"

Cílem této bakalářské práce je aktuální analýza ekvádorského trhu s kakaem, které je v současné době, pro svou mimořádnou kvalitu, celosvětově velmi žádaným artiklem. - přiblížení rostliny z historického a botanického hlediska - analýza ekvádorského trhu s kakaem - založení čokoládovny "bean to bar"
