Obchodní kupní smlouva v judikatuře českých a slovenských soudů

Purchase Contract and its Mirroring in Czech and Slovak Case Law
Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá judikatúrov Najvyššieho súhu Českej a Slovenskej Republiky, v oblasti ustanovení týkajúcich sa kúpnej zmluvy. Práca je rozdelená na časti striktne podľa obchodného zákonníka a častí, ktoré sa dotýkajú kúpnej zmluvy. V jednotlivých častiach práce je následne porovnávaná judikatúra a sú vymedzené určité trendz, ktoré je možné badať z daných judikatúr.

This diploma paper is dealing with practice of the Supreme Court of the Czech and Slovak Republic, concerning purchase contract according to the Commercial code.This paper is structured according to parts of the Commercial code which are dealing with purchase contract.
