Charakteristika společenstev gastrointestinálních hlístic parazitujících u drobných zemních savců na Příbramsku

Gastrointestinal Nematoda parasitizing small terrestrial mammals in Pribram region

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo charakterizovat společenstvo gastrointestinálních hlístic drobných zemních savců v regionu Příbramsko a srovnat s jinými regiony ČR. V oblasti Příbramska bylo hodnoceno 5 lokalit, na kterých bylo odchyceno celkem 226 drobných zemních savců 9 druhů. Ve srovnávaných oblastech bylo z oblasti Mostecka hodnoceno 266 jedinců 9 druhů a z oblasti Sokolovska 166 jedinců 4 druhů. Odchyty hostitelů byly provedeny na loukách s podobným charakterem vegetace. Pro oblast Příbramska byla provedena podrobná determinace parazitů odchycených drobných savců. Bylo nalezeno 11 druhů hlístic Trichuris arvicolae, Syphacia nigeriana, S. obvelata, S. stroma, S. vanderbrueli, Heligmosomum costellatum, Heligmosomoides laevis, Capillaria muris sylvatici, Capillaria sp., Boreostrongylus minutus, Heligmosomoides polygyrus. Hodnocenými charakteristikami byly prevalence, intenzita infekce a diverzita parazitů. Rozdíly prevalence parazitů na lokalitách Příbramska (35 %-55 %) ani jednotlivých oblastí (Příbramsko 45 %, Mostecko 38 %, Sokolovsko 37 %) nebyly statisticky významné. Intenzita infekce mezi jednotlivými lokalitami Příbramska (maximum 38-73, průměr 6-11,64) ukázala statisticky významný rozdíl (p=0,03), ale nepotvrdila vliv vzdálenosti od zdroje znečištění. Srovnání intenzity infekce mezi oblastmi (maximum 73; 427; 82, průměr 7,71; 35,73; 15,42) ukázalo statisticky významný rozdíl (p=0,0003), nejnižší intenzita infekce byla v oblasti Příbramsko. Rozdíl v diverzitě parazitů na lokalitách Příbramska (maximum 3-4, průměr 1,27-1,64, p=0,2215) ani mezi oblastmi (maximum 4; 4; 3, průměr 1,38; 1,39; 1,30, p=0,7388) nebyl statisticky významný. Provedené statistické vyhodnocení nepotvrdilo předpoklad, že by hodnocené charakteristiky společenstva gastrointestinálních hlístic drobných zemních savců na Příbramsku byly vyšší, než ve srovnávaných oblastech Mostecko a Sokolovsko.

Abstract:

The main goal of this diploma thesis was to characterize the community of gastrointestinal nematodes of small terrestrial mammals in the Příbram region and to compare it with other regions of the Czech Republic. In the area of the Příbram region, 5 localities were evaluated, in which a total of 226 small terrestrial mammals of 9 species were captured. In the compared areas, 266 animals of 9 species were evaluated from the Most region and 166 animals of 4 species from the Sokolov region. The animal captures were performed on meadows with a similar vegetation character. A detailed determination of parasites from captured small mammals was performed for the Příbram region. 11 species of nematodes were found: Trichuris arvicolae, Syphacia nigeriana, S. obvelata, S. stroma, S. vanderbrueli, Heligmosomum costellatum, Heligmosomoides laevis, Capillariamuris sylvatici, Capillaria sp., Boreostrongylus minutus, Heligmosomoides polygyrus. The evaluated characteristics were prevalence, abundance and diversity of parasites. Differences in the prevalence of parasites in the localities of the Příbram region (35%-55%) and individual areas (Příbram region 45%, Most region 38%, Sokolov region 37%) were not statistically significant. The abundance between individual localities of the Příbram region (maximum 38-73, average 6-11.64) proved a statistically significant difference (p = 0.03) but did not confirm the effect of distance from the source of pollution. Comparison of the abundance between areas (maximum 73;427; 82, average 7.71; 35.73; 15.42), showed a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0003), the lowest intensity of infection was in the Příbram region. The difference in the diversity of parasites in the localities of the Příbram region (maximum 3-4, average 1.27-1.64, p = 0.2215) or between areas (maximum 4; 4; 3, average 1.38; 1.39; 1.30. p = 0.7388) was not statistically significant. The performed statistical evaluation did not confirm the assumption that the evaluated characteristics of the gastrointestinal nematode community of small terrestrial mammals in the Příbram region would be higher than in the compared areas of Most and Sokolov region.
