Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ortho-selektivní C?H funkcionalizací derivátů thiobenzanilidů a fenylthiomočovin. Je studována především jejich cyklizace na deriváty benzthiazolu. Práce se zabývá rozdílnou reaktivitou jednotlivých substituovaných derivátů při cyklizaci katalyzované palladiem. Práce též porovnává mechanismy této cyklizace navržené různými týmy. This bachelor thesis deals with ortho-selective C?H functionalization of derivates of thiobenzanilides and phenylthioureas. The cyclisation of the compounds to corresponding benzothiazole derivates is studied.
