Abstract:

Vysoce infekční onemocnění zvané plané neštovice se řadí do skupiny exantémových nemocí, pro které je charakteristický kožní projev neboli vyrážka. Jedná se o celosvětově rozšířené onemocnění typické pro dětskou populaci. Bakalářská práce "Plané neštovice v Pardubickém kraji v období 2008-2017" má za úkol zpracovat teoretické poznatky o daném onemocnění. Cílem praktické části je analýza dat Pardubického kraje dle daných kritérií a následná komparace s údaji o výskytu planých neštovic v České republice. Data hlášených případů varicely byla získána z Krajské hygienické stanice Pardubického kraje ze systému zvaný EPIDAT a dále statisticky zpracována. Analýzou získaných dat byla potvrzena teoretická fakta týkající se planých neštovic. Během sledovaného období bylo hlášeno v České republice 440 686 případů a v Pardubickém kraji 28 251. Zastoupení mužského pohlaví v tomto kraji tvořilo větší část s 14 533 případy (51 %) onemocnění. Byla ověřena skutečnost, že se jedná především o dětské onemocnění. Děti ve věku od 1-9 let tvořily většinový podíl s 88 % zastoupením. Dále na základě měsíce vzniku prvních příznaků bylo zjištěno, že plané neštovice se převážně vyskytují v zimních a jarních měsících, což odpovídá i teoretickým znalostem. Hlášené případy byly rozděleny dle dalších kritérií, například klasifikace MKN-10, místa izolace a souvislosti se vznikem onemocnění.

Abstract:

Highly infectious diseases called chickenpox differ into groups of rashes, which are characterized by skin manifestations. It is a worldwide disease, typical for the children population. The bachelor's thesis "Chickenpox disease in the Pardubice Region in the period of 2008-2017" aims to process theoretical knowledge about this disease. The practical part seeks to analyze data from the Pardubice region according to the given criteria and subsequent comparison with the Czech Republic's data. The data of reported varicella cases were obtained from the Regional Public Health Authority of the Pardubice Region from a system called EPIDAT and further statistically processed. The analyzes of the obtained data confirmed the theoretical facts relating to chickenpox. During the reporting period, 440,686 cases were reported in the Czech Republic, of which 28,251 were in the Pardubice Region. The representation of the male sex in this region formed a more extensive part with 14,533 cases (51 %) of the disease. The fact that it is mainly a childhood disease was supported. Children aged 1 to 9 years accounted for the majority, with 88 %. Furthermore, based on the month of the first symptoms, it was processed that chickenpox mainly occurs during the winter and spring months, which corresponds to theoretical knowledge. The reported cases were divided according to the criteria into MKN-10 classification, the places of isolation, and the context of the onset of the disease.
