Abstract:
Transglutaminázy jsou enzymy hojně zastoupeny v přírodě. Jejich hlavní funkcí je posttranslační modifikace proteinů, čímž dochází k tvorbě proteinů rezistentních vůči proteázám a polymerů důležitých pro stabilitu membrán a dalších struktur. Transglutaminases are enzymes widely distributed in nature. The-ir main function is posttranslation modification of proteins thereby forming proteins resistant to protease degradation and biopolymers that are important for membrane and other compartments stability.
