Applying of Mathematics in study of Informatics at Grammar School and at Secondary School

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá využitím znalostí z matematiky v informatice. Zahrnuje čtyři příklady, které jsou inspirovány reálným životem. Každý příklad je podrobně rozebrán. Obsahuje zadání, doporučení pro jaký ročník jej použít, potřebné matematické znalosti, časovou náročnost a postup řešení. V prvním příkladu je ukázán robot Edison, který je hlídačem zahrady. Druhým příkladem je simulace v programovacím jazyce Scratch, kde Evžen plní sud na zahradě vodou. Ve třetím případě jsou porovnávány různé možnosti obložení záchodu v Excelu. Posledním příkladem jsou hodiny pro pekaře vytvořené v JavaScriptu.

Abstract:

The theses deals with the use of the knowledge of mathematics in information technology. It comprises four examples inspired by real life. Each example is analyzed in detail. It contains the task, recommendation for a particular class, needed mathematical knowledge, duration and solution procedure. In the first example a robot Edison guarding a garden is showed. In the second task, where Eugen is filling a barrel with water in the garden, there is a simulation in Scratch programming language. In the third task different options of toilet tiling is compared with the use of Excel. The last example is a clock for the backer, made in JavaScript.
