Biologically-acitve substances in blackthorn fruits
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá biologicky aktivními látkami. Pozornost je věnována složení trnky obecné a jejímu využití. Dále jsou specifikovány účinky na lidské zdraví. V neposlední řadě jsou v této práci popsané metody pro stanovení přírodních potravinářských barviv obsažených v trnce obecné.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the biologically active substances. Attention is paid to the composition blackthorn fruits and her exploitation. Further, the effects on human health are specified. Finally, there are described methods of natural food colouring analysis in blackthorn fruits.
