Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování prováděcí projektové dokumentace novostavby základní umělecké školy v obci Neratovice ve Středočeském kraji. Podkladem pro projektovou dokumentaci je zpracovaná architektonická a stavebně konstrukční studie zabývající se urbanistickým řešením okolí stavby. Dvoupodlažní objekt, o kapacitě 60 žáků, je navržen za účelem doplnění kapacity stávající základní umělecké školy a je umístěn v parku jako náhrada bývalého brownfieldu nefunkční mateřské školy. Stavba je umístěna tak, aby zatraktivnila a doplnila funkci parku sloužícího převážně dětem a jejich sportovnímu vyžití. Architektonická kompaktnost tvaru, zvolený konstrukční systém a jednoduchost detailů, vychází z prostoty okolní panelové zástavby a principů navrhování a výstavby udržitelných budov v pasivním standardu. Součástí architektonicko-urbanistické studie a projektu pro provedení stavby jsou dále posudky tepelně–technických charakteristik navržených konstrukcí včetně konstrukčních detailů, výpočet energetické náročnosti budovy, posouzení stability v letním období a posouzení světelně technických a akustických parametrů. Všechna tato kritéria jsou z hlediska návrhu optimalizována tak, aby bylo docíleno pasivního standardu v kombinaci s vyhovující kvalitou vnitřního prostředí.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is elaboration of the project detail design documentation for new elementary art school building in the city Neratovice in the Central Bohemian Region. The basis for the design documentation is an architectural and building design study which deals with the urban design of building´s surroundings. The two-storey building, with a capacity of 60 pupils, is designed to complement the capacity of the existing elementary art school and located in the park as a replacement for dysfunctional kindergarten brownfield. The building is located so as to make the function of the park, serving mainly children and their sports activities, more attractive and complementary. The architectural compactness of the shape, the chosen construction system and the simplicity of details are based on the simplicity of the surrounding panel construction and the principles of design and construction of sustainable buildings in the passive standard. The architectural and urban study and the project for the construction also include assessments of thermal-technical characteristics of the proposed structures, including structural details, calculation of energy performance of the building, assessment of stability in summer and assessment of lighting and acoustic parameters. All these criteria are optimized in terms of design so as to achieve a passive standard in combination with a satisfactory quality of the indoor environment.
